As a boutique we carry several brands, therefore some sizes can vary, for this reason we do not have a general size chart as the info can vary from supplier to supplier. Therefore, we make sure to add sizing information (measurements) for each and specific item on every listing description. As stated this information can vary from item to item so we highly recommend to check the sizing suggestions and measurements that is provided on every listing description.

We hope you love your items. However, we understand that a return will happen occasionally and therefore we offer an easy return process.
Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. We do not issue refunds or process exchanges.
Eligible Items for Return
- Returns must be received at Angel Heart Boutique within 14 business days of receipt of merchandise, no exceptions.
Must have original tag still attached. No signs of being used, worn and washed. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains and/or odor will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box in good condition. Fail to send box makes the shoe ineligible for returns.
- All sale items, accessories and leggings are FINAL SALE.
- All orders that have a discount over 20% SALE EVENT are FINAL SALE
- We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days from the date the item is received. Once return is processed we will send an email with a gift card code which can be applied at the checkout process.
- All returns will be issued in the form of store credit - no exceptions.
- Shipping Costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and you return the items, original shipping costs (charges to ship order to customer) will be deducted from store credit.

- Please allow 7-10 business days once package is received for return to be processed.
- We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the store credit has been issued. Please keep your tracking number once sending us the items to see if it has arrived as we do not check if returns have been received until processing the returns which can take 7-10 business days.
Please note store credits do not expire!
We do not issue exchanges. Simply because an item can sell out while it is being shipped back to us. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, we recommend that you go ahead and purchase that item in your correct size, communicate with us (whether it be through email, Facebook, or even a small note on the invoice/packing slip) that you have purchased that item in your correct size and will be returning the wrong size. We will then issue you a refund for the wrong size item back into your payment method once we have received it.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received a defective item you must contact our warehouse within 3 days of receipt. We will not accept any damaged claims after 3 days from the date you receive it. Damaged items must have tags and be unworn, unwashed. We do not guarantee jewelry, items shrinking, etc. no exceptions will be made. Damaged items will need to be returned within the 14 day period or they will be rejected once they are received.
