I had difficulty at checkout through PayPal and it had me submit order 3 times. I checked my account and sure enough it went through 3 times so contact right away so it was triple shipped. Off the bat I was ignored and so I phones 3 times, no answer. Finally got an email saying I could return everything of course at my expense and would only be given a store credit. I think I would feel better about shopping with someone with better customer service. I returned 2 orders this week and expecting them to say they will not credit back my card. Very disappointed.

The cardigan is true to size. I'm disabled and my care provider has loved it!!! I'm going to wear it next week I know I will get compliments on it 🤩!!!
