I love the shirt but it had a small hole in the fabric. I sent this pic and another to customer service in 2 emails with no response.

This was my first time ordering from you , so I didn't know if your clothes were true to size, so I ordered 3X and it was too big. And the band at the wrist is too big on the 2X but I think I can get it altered.

The sleeves are way to long. I don't think I can have them shortened because of the embroidery on the sleeves. I normally do not have this problem in other brands, I may have to give it away, as my seamstress can't fix it.

It's a lovely top. I would give it 5 stars except that it arrived with those horrible "set in" fold lines. I realize that those are a thing nowadays, but on delicate items that require hand washing, it's very nerve-wracking to attempt to iron. It took me a long time after washing and flat drying, to iron out the lines with a pressing cloth and steam. It is too large for me, but I'm keeping it because it's beautiful, and when I order again, I'll know better on sizing. Also...I was a bit surprised to see it was made in China. The listing does say "imported", but I do attempt to stay away from China products.

It is nice but not of the quality that I would like. It is going to require regular ironing and that will be difficult since the fabric needs a low iron but the embroidery need a hot iron.

Everyone like it on me

I loved this blouse! It was just too large. I wanted to purchase the next size down but it was sold out. They have exceptional customer service for an on- line store. I will be shopping here again.

I never imagined it would be as beautiful as it is. Made well, good fabric and the embroidery is beyond amazing. Every time I’ve worn it I receive many compliments.

The quality of the construction and embroidery is exquisite. The medium is just too big (primarily in the sleeve length). I am a solid medium/8/10 in most things. When I order again, I’ll get small.

Pretty Runs large.

I am pretty solidly an 8-10/M, and this ran big for me in that size--sleeves too long, mostly. I'm just going to take it in and have it altered because I don't mind the loose body. It's a beautifully-embroidered shirt, though. The actual color is a little more "taupe-y" than the photo

I received numerous compliments on the top. It is classy and comfortable.

Beautiful embroidery

I love embroidered clothing, and I love roses, so this was a no-brainer for me to purchase! I love it, but I'm saving it to wear when the weather (here in East Texas) begins to cool off a little more!

I like the shirts although must say that the colors are a bit brighter than shown in photo. Still great though.

Love the look and feel of the top. I had to add snaps to the bottom of the sleeves because they were to big but other than that it was as portrayed on the site.

I returned as it was too large. I want to order a small but need to wait until I receive my credit. As you not accept exchanges!
